Now that it’s hip and trendy to be eco-friendly, everyone claims to be green. But Media Maison thinks green is more than a trend or a label, it’s a lifestyle.
Our Account Executives have specific green industry experience. We have placed our sustainable clients on Planet Green, Natural Home, Portland Business Journal, CNN, and many more outlets. What’s more, we’ve helped them become even more earth-friendly in the process.
So what do we mean when we say we’re an eco-friendly bunch? It means our staff lives as sustainably as possible.
We...
-Re-use, reduce, recycle whenever possible. Our trash cans are half as big as our recycling bins.
-We know the difference between LEED silver and LEED platinum.
-We have small carbon footprints, and we’re committed to making them even smaller. We bike to the corner store. Several of our staff commute primarily through public transport, light rail and bicycles.
-We are essentially a “virtual agency”. We keep our firm’s carbon footprint and energy costs extremely low by working remotely most of the time.
-We only send e-press releases, client memos and look books (unless specifically requested otherwise) to save trees.
-We frequently replace long-distance meetings with teleconferencing to save on air travel and gasoline use.
-You know the time other firms waste every morning and night in gridlock traffic? We’re at our laptops, working.
Turns out, it IS that easy being green. We wouldn’t do it any other way.
